Please come and try Tai Chi & QiGong for Health & Wellbeing with Teresa. No expience needed. You learn at your own pace in a safe and welcoming group environment. For those with a walking aid or balance issues, the movements may be done seated.

Tai Chi & QiGong for Health & Wellbeing with Teresa

You can learn at your own pace in a safe, welcoming and fun environment. No previous experience in Tai Chi or QiGong is required, all levels are welcome.

If you have aches & pains in general, or a specific health condition or ailment, Teresa can draw on many years of experience to easily adapt or modify the movements to suite each individual. The movements can be done in a standing or seated position. Chairs are available if you need to sit for part or all of the class.

The movements have been specifically designed to be safe and effective for people with arthritis and osteoporosis.

Traditionally Tai Chi & QiGong are performed in the outdoors in touch with nature. The weather is not always so kind. Here at the Mundaring Wellness Centre, in perfect, year round, air conditioned comfort we gaze through the panoramic windows of Harmony Hall and we can see the gardens so it is easy to imagine we are outdoors.

The Arthritis & Osteoporosis Foundation of WA in affiliation with Tai Chi WA specifically endorse Dr Lam’s Tai Chi for Arthritis and Osteoporosis programs.

Teresa is Certified as an Instructor of Tai Chi for Arthritis & Osteoporosis.

:) Wear loose comfortable clothing and comfortable flat soled shoes
